
Refund and Return Policy

At LIGHTTOPIX, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality luxury perfumes and ensuring a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with our Refund and Return Policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags and seals intact.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items:
Gift cards or promotional items.
Items purchased during clearance or final sale events.
Opened or used perfume bottles for hygiene reasons.
2. Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team at contact@lighttopix.xyz with your order details and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to ship your item back.
Securely package your item and clearly label it with the provided RAN.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
3. Refund Policy Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund:
Approved Refunds: You will receive a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Partial Refunds: If items are returned not in their original condition (e.g., opened packaging), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
Denied Refunds: Items that do not meet our return criteria will not be refunded and may be sent back at the customer’s expense.
4. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
6. Cancellation Policy Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return upon delivery.
